Twelve Houses (Bhaavas)

In the previous pages,  we have been discussing that the whole Universe is only a manifestation of Pure Consciousness. This pure Consciousness manifest as the Universe with five basic principles called the Pancha Bhootas. The five principal laws of Manifestation of Consciousness into matter are the Pancha Bhootas.  These  five principles has nine aspects of expression in this Universe,  the Navagrahas. Therefore the laws of nine modes of expression are the navagrahas.

How the nine expression modes operate in bringing out their expression are represented by the twelve houses. That is the degrees or patterns of expressions is what denoted by the twelve houses.

1.  Represents the degree or pattern of expression of the constitution or make up.
2.  Represents the degree (extent to which) of expression of the material form.
3.  Represents the degree or pattern of expression of mutual interactions.
4.  Represents the degree of comfort level or easiness in expression.
5.  Represents the degree  of further self propogation.
6.  Represents the degree or level of resistance for expression.
7.  Represents the degree of self relating with each other.
8.  Represents the degree of duration of expression.
9.  Represents the degree or pattern of expression of expansion.
10. Represents the degree or pattern of expression of action.
11. Represents the degree or pattern of expression of accomplishement.
12. Represents the degree of reintegration to its original state.

Circle represents infinite nature and is 360 degrees. This is the mathematical way of calculating the above degree of expression.

Nakshatras. 27 of them. What do they signify?
